DPAP - Dopamine Atomic Puzzle (the "App")
DEIKO CREATE (the "Developer") handles information of people who use the App ("Users") as follows.
1. Information the Developer Collects
The Developer does not collect personal information such as Users' names, email addresses or phone numbers through the App.
Game progress and settings are stored only on the User's device. They are not sent to the Developer's servers. Deleting the App also deletes this data.
The Developer does not keep the User's data on its own servers. To delete the data, delete the App. For how long Google keeps information and how to request deletion, see the Google Privacy Policy (linked in section 2). Users can withdraw the advertising permission at any time in iPhone "Settings" → "Privacy & Security" → "Tracking".
2. Advertising
The App uses "Google AdMob" by Google LLC to display ads. AdMob may send the following information from the User's device to Google and use it to deliver ads, measure their effectiveness and prevent fraud.

This table also serves as the public notice of external transmission under Japan's Telecommunications Business Act.
3. Tracking Permission and Ad Settings
The App may ask for the device's "tracking permission" to show ads that match the User's interests. Even if the User does not allow it, all features of the App remain available (in that case, ads not based on interests are shown).
The permission can be changed at any time in iPhone "Settings" → "Privacy & Security" → "Tracking".
For Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App shows a screen asking for consent to the use of information for advertising, as required by law. Consent can be changed in the App under "Menu → Options → Ad Consent Settings".
4. In-App Purchases
Payments for in-app purchases (such as Remove Ads) are processed through Apple's system. The Developer does not receive payment information such as credit card numbers. Purchase records are managed by Apple and can be recovered with "Restore Purchases".
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
Except as described in section 2 and where required by law, the Developer does not provide Users' information to third parties.
The advertising provider (Google) handles Users' information in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. The Developer uses the advertising service on the basis that third parties, including the advertising provider, protect Users' information to the same or a higher standard than this policy.
6. Children
The App is not primarily directed at children. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. About This Website
This website (dpap-game.pages.dev) is published using services of Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare may handle access records (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely. The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies individuals.
8. Changes to This Policy
The Developer may change this policy as needed. Any changes will be announced on this page.
